Three Sons Real Estate is a progressive business with community values. When Dan established Three Sons Real Estate, in 2007, one way he wanted to show appreciation, was to provide a donation following each sale, to a charity of his client’s choice. Three Sons Real Estate continues to make donations in the name of clients following each home sale or purchase.
Dan has a particular interest and expertise in the selling and management of rental properties and experience with home sales in Southern, WI.

A native of Green Bay, WI and a longtime resident of the Madison area, Joe has an abiding love of all things Wisconsin. With a background in real estate appraisal, he brings an understanding to real estate sales transactions which most agents do not possess. The opportunity to be an advocate for his clients throughout the sale and/or listing process is his favorite aspect of Realtor practice. Fueled by coffee, a positive attitude (unless there’s no coffee), and a compulsive need to get a better deal for his clients, Joe works tirelessly to find the solution to your real estate needs.
When he’s not engrossed in real estate practice, you will likely find him either watching the sunset on Lake Waubesa, traversing the countryside on his motorcycle, or trying to scratch items off his honey do list.

Alex Barnish,

Alex is from Oregon, Wisconsin and graduated from Oregon High School in 2020. Growing up with his father Daniel, Alex has grown to appreciate the process of real estate and property management. Today, Alex is currently attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Business where he is studying finance and real estate. Receiving his real estate license in 2021, Alex is involved with managing rental properties, financial records, and assisting clients. After school, Alex is looking to pursue a career in financial analysis, own rental properties and continue to be an active agent under Three Sons Real Estate.
