Since 2004, Eric has successfully managed rental properties, served as a landlord, and led a variety of home improvement projects, including acting as the general contractor for a complete home remodel. These experiences have provided him with a well-rounded understanding of property management, home design, and the buying and selling process from every perspective.

With a background in supporting families and adolescents with Autism, he has developed exceptional skills in patience, communication, and empathy qualities that naturally enhance his ability to serve clients with care and understanding.
